Just my opinion, but if the 3 mil are gone in 3 month, then they will do another PP.
They raised 1 mil trough Lind and everybody was super positiv (1 mil will just last for 2 -3 month, then financing will be released), then they did another PP for 3 mil. Just saying that it doesnt indicate at all when to expect financing.
financing can be settled this month, next month, next year, in 2 year, we dont know

I think you are spot on Monocle. I suspect the $3M will be used for permitting, revised feasibility study and operating expenses to last until funding is anticipated with a buffer in case it takes a bit longer than expected. I still expect funding to be announced before years end, hopefully sooner.
