I believe that .008 in the previous PR was a typo based on what I had learned. The .0008 price in the recent PR is the correct number and the .008 was a typo. The .0008 thought is what was considered the minimum discounted value based on the future growth not added to close the acquisition.
I think what he was trying to say was that the MLHC value from the deal starts at .0008 per share and should raise in value going forward from it's growth. I'll explain some of that growth in my next post.
