How exactly does a r/s address this? Reducing the number of shares doesn’t equate to devaluation. Reducing the # of shares will increase the pps. Ibeto shares are restricted for a reason. As much as shareholders have to gain by that shareholders also have a lot at stake if his simply able to sell his shares into the market which he won’t. His goal is to reclaim the #1 position in cement manufacturing which was unfairly taken from him
