Most TRUE longs have been involved with this stock since the .003 range and higher. I personally am up over 500%. The ONLY reason I'm up 500% is b/c investors believe in the patents.

Nobody would have believed in the patents if we weren't able to get this far. Dilution paid for getting these patents approved, dilution paid the way for the IPR sweep and it's paying the way to move this forward.

So you have to ask yourself, will the payoff be more than the cost of dilution. Many here believe it easily will. If these patents only sold for .1 a share, many longs would be way up.

I could have gotten out up 3000% but didn't, since I'm in it to the end and believe that I will have an opportunity at some point to get out at a higher percentage.

If you feel the dilution outweighs the final results, stay away.

I'd have a problem with dilution if I wasn't seeing amazing results. You're kidding yourself if you don't think an IPR sweep is incredible results. You are only invested in this company at this point for the patents. The IPR sweep is the best possible outcome at this point in the game. So if you believe in the patents, like many do, you are pumped right now. You know it's only a matter of time.

For those that felt since 2013 that corruption was involved, thankfully there have been chances to get out at .1, .2, .3. .4, .45.

AllBcase, THAT IS ONE FABULOUSLY WORDED, GREAT QUESTION!! I am dead serious! My answer: It is a question every person has to answer for themselves. For me, the question I ask myself, to counter the consideration of dilution is, will VPLM prevail? Obviously, I believe VPLM will prevail and if they do, the infringement damages are increasing at a far faster, proportional rate than the dilution. Others may argue that and that is fine.

The past year has seen a bit higher rate of dilution, than prior. That was due to the high cost of the two, full year++, PTAB trials vs aapl and ongoing prosecution. Some debt had built up/cash was low. Both issues have been corrected.

Again, a great question and I will use it in later explanations.

THANK YOU and hope my answer helped!!
