#47445 RE: GreenShift #47442

I’ve been missing some time lately visiting this board.
But wow! What a nice surprice seeing posts by mr. Kreisler himself here.

I just want to say thanks, for the update. I‘m really looking forward to the future of Greenshift.

At this time I got two questions I hope you can answer for me.
The going gray of BTZO (in which I also invested, beside GERS) had me worried a bit about the risk for GERS.

1. How can you avoid GERS going gray also?
2. Is BTZO still involved with GERS?

Thanks very much for your time, and I look forward to any future updates!

Kevin, the posts I made in the past few hours were made before I read the material in this post. Thank you again for supplying even more information, and thank you especially for giving me specific answers to some of your questions.

I still have many questions, but I understand that for various reasons, you can't answer them all. I will ask the questions anyway because I don't have the answers.

If GS CleanTech still owns the patents and the licenses, then how is this corporation contributing to the joint venture? Did it make a purely financial contribution? Are Greenshift Corporate Officers or Directors serving as Officers or Directors on the joint venture company? What technology is being used for any physical processes performed by the joint venture company? Who owns those patents? Have any licenses been issued by the patent owner to the joint venture company?

Can members of the public attend the sessions of the Appeals Court that are hearing the patent infringement case? Is there any reason why those members of the public can't bring a pad of paper and a pen into the courtroom so that they can take notes and report to us later what they see and hear? Is this courtroom in Atlanta?

I’m choosing to look past the negativity and interpret your comments to mean that I need to be more responsive, especially until our filings are out, and even if it means temporarily using unorthodox methods like posting on this board. In exchange, I hope that you can agree to find more constructive ways of expressing your criticisms and frustrations. You’re free to email me directly at any time.

I also choose to look past the silence. You are correct. I do want more responsiveness from you. Until the corporation can provide the 10-Ks, two 8-Ks to tell us about the old and new Series G shares, and a third one for the joint venture, I will gladly accept the information that you have supplied. I expect that you will eventually produce the three missing 10-Qs for 2017 and the two missing 10-Qs for this year.

Again, Kevin, thank you for your demonstrated interest in me as a shareholder.

It is reasonable to expect that our results of operations between October 1, 2016 and March 31, 2018, were materially consistent with prior periods. Our operating income is positive. You’re free to assume that our net worth is negative until and unless we report otherwise. Aside from that, Mr. Nimble is correct. I am limited by what I can say for now. Further detail will need to wait for the completion of our audits and the filing of our reports.

This post was made in late September 2018, almost a year and a half ago.

Q. How long does the public need to wait before the audits are completed and before the SEC reports are filed?

My preference is for the order of the reports to start with the oldest missing ones. In other words, I would like to see the corporation file, as its' first report in more than three years, the 10-K for 2016, followed by the 10-Q for the first quarter of 2017 etc. I would like to see any 8-Ks that should've been filed during 2017, 2018, and 2019 filed at the same time as the 10-Qs for that quarter.

Any Form 4s that would've been filed during a quarter should also be filed in the same sequence.

I understand that I don't get everything I want, but this is just a statement of what I do want.
