Again, regardless of how many times you repeat it ( and how sincerely you pretend to believe it ), it's just simply imcorrect . What you say is true only in the case of an actual "liquidation" (or pennies on the dollar for some assets only), but all clues are pointing to this not being the case here. For starters this was bought by a strategic buyer who has already said will be running the plant . We also know that assets were far greater than debt (even with a discount). The monitors report never said shares were getting cancelled (not once). It only said in general terms before any deal was reached that a liquidation process "almost certainly" ( not "for sure positively). We also note that part was absent the last report, not to mention the change from "secured creditors" to "all stakeholders". Another glaring point ladies and gentlemen is that regardless what some would have you think, there is/was no reason for the extra secrecy/sealed details (and length of time) simply to cancel the shares. This was only needed for one reason (or combination of a couple of them). Primarily it was needed in case the deal fell through and a process had to be started all over again . This would be for the protection of creditors and stakeholders ( to not predjudice any potential future offering if deal went through) . Once the deal went through (and it has in everything but name as the spitballs is already expected), the only reason for the sealed details would be to protect the buyer (so the shares don't trade too high constituting "insider information" as the trading would be happening before whatever will be happening once the details are released ).
Shareholders are good here. How good will become evident to ius in short order once the details are released. I , for one am excitedly awaiting the conclusion of this. Yes I fell we will be rewarded, but if nothing else I won't be subject to reading "it's the Law" again on this board one way or the other lol. GLTA. The eventual removal of this post should speak its own volumes .
