There will be no Reverse Merger. It would bring absolutely no benefits, which is why no one was interested in acquiring the company in any way during the SISP phase.
The unpaid liabilities, which are in the tens of millions AND all in default, are including with the Company. Any company that acquires the company, including in an R/M, would assume every penny of that debt. And why would they do that? BIOAQ is now a delinquent OTC company. The private company could achieve more at much less cost if they did an IPO on their own. And they wouldn't have the existing shareholders to deal with. They can maintain a much greater percentage of the public company if the do an IPO, which is a major benefit.
