actually it's not. the insiders have trapped the shorts imo. IF the insiders got the SEC involved then by the time we trade again the company will be able to announce that the judge said SECI's complaint can move forward and that settlement negotiations have started and could be concluded shortly.
in that case the shorts are screwed.
