So much in that video is misleading. Virtually none of the other firms mentioned were ever penny stocks or even low priced. For example, MSFT IPO'd at $21 a share (in 1986). Google IPO'd at $85.

Clearly this is being hawked to unsophisticated newbies. The seminar format alone should be ample warning of the flim flam. Why is the stock dropping even as the broad market reaches new highs?
