that's when the suspension ends but otcm knows that it will be grey sheets so they make the change so that their users will have current information. the finra process is more legal than that.
the suspension voided the form 211 that was on file. consequently, mm's have been prohibited from making a market. that is, there can be no quotes. finra regulations say that when a stock is not quoted for four days, it is moved to the grey market. tuesday will be four days.
