If I recall none of the sworn testimonies said it DIDN’T happen. They said they were unaware of it.

This makes sense because it happened in a locked bedroom upstairs.

You normally could say this is a “she said, he said” situation but since there was a 3rd person in the room we have a potential swing vote.

Don’t you agree that Judge should be questioned under oath?

If your friend was in the same predicament as Kavanagh is and you knew they were innocent, wouldn’t you agree to testify under oath on their behalf?
