Joe I am not saying you are putting blame, I am saying our leadership is blaming and pointing fingers. I think you and I pretty much feel the same way. I too am concerned about the path we are traveling and have expressed this many times on this thread. FWIW, I totally agree with what you have written, but the only part I wonder about is would it be bad for China to become a Superpower? There is a theory floating around that there cannot be one Superpower in the world without some form of chaos ensuing, it creates an imbalance of power. Being the sole Superpower sounds great, but it may be that some balance can be restored if we were not the sole heir to this title? I am not at all saying we should rescind the title of being the #1 Superpower, but this may be the kick in the butt this countries leadership needs to start doing what is right and what it is capable of instead of taking things for granted. We use to be the most liked and most mimicked nation in the world, today I think we are the most hated. I don't know, but if I can find the link about this phenomenon, I will post it...
