The update talks about putting them out in the late spring, and harvesting about now.

Ian reports in the last week of May the team planted both gardens, with a culmination of 22 hybrid strains. The Tier 2 garden was planted with 2,160 plants, the Tier 3 garden was planted with 4,860 plants. The 7,020 plants are vibrant, healthy and varying in heights. “The season began with brisk temperatures, but June and July have seen ideal growing conditions with daily averages of 86F and lows of 53F, and the extended forecast looks great. During the next 6 to 8 weeks we will see significant growth."

marapharm's role is landlord only providing a turnkey licensed property for $200,000 p/month.

and the payments for the property are $100,000 p/month.

So if the filings are correct they should gross $2,400,000 in rent p/yr ?

minus $1,200,000 p/year in payments

gross profit $1,200,000

so if I read this right, the harvest doesn't matter, they should be getting the 200k rent p/month regardless.

growing/harvest/selling is the tenants business and problem.

Do I have this correct?
