Ian reports in the last week of May the team planted both gardens, with a culmination of 22 hybrid strains. The Tier 2 garden was planted with 2,160 plants, the Tier 3 garden was planted with 4,860 plants. and the payments for the property are $100,000 p/month.

So if the filings are correct they should gross $2,400,000 in rent p/yr ?

minus $1,200,000 p/year in payments

gross profit $1,200,000

so if I read this right, the harvest doesn't matter, they should be getting the 200k rent p/month regardless.

growing/harvest/selling is the tenants business and problem.
