I did talk to the company today. I am told, the funding by Oct.31 is possible and maybe very close to that date be but may take it into to the first week in November.
It will be very close from what I am told.
Why? As usual nothing works as quickly as hoped or stated. I am told we are on the top Q. This should be followed immediately by other announcements.

I just spoke with Mario here is what I was told:

1) Financing was in the works and we SHOULD here something by the end of October.

2) Sales in the “hopper” again SHOULD here something by the End of Oct. that means 14 more business days.

3) Sunncomm is no longer pursuing CD copy protection to much of a hassle. Focus is on Octipod and DVD protection.

4) I asked why Peter hasn’t address the SH he told me he wanted to address them when they had concrete sales. I also asked when there might be a shm and was told possibly the 1st quarter.

I wasn’t able to ask about the merger because he had to go, so Mario if you read this is it still on for a 1:1, and when will it be done. Because as of Oct 4, 2005 we were on track to merge. It is now 1 year later. Mario if I missed something feel free to add to it.
