Maciora dumped 161 pages on the Sacramento Court on October 4. This is after the Court informed him they have limited resources, and during the period of time he was asked to engage in Meet and Confer discussions with MEC's counsel and then submit a joint statement to the Court outlining issues that are outstanding.
