Thank you Sleek. I JUST want people to be aware that CANB'S PRODUCTS ARE 100 PERCENT LEGAL FOR SALE IN THE US because HEMP CBD OIL IS DISTINGUISHABLE FROM MJ CBD OIL, as not containing levels of thc to deem it a controlled substance.
This company will thrive and grow DESPITE a new farm bill and LUCKILY it was THE LAST FARM BILL in 2014 that ALREADY stated THE DEA considers hemp cbd oil legal for use.
AND I AGREE. The new farm bill, legalizing hemp to be grown in the US, would be AN EXTRA CATALYST, but will not ultimately STOP THE GROWTH OF CANB and other US CBD companies making competent product, in distribution, with hemp cbd oil.
I fully expect the farm bill to pass. The house and senate have approved it...it went back to the house for some last changes, mostly to do with SNAP, and on September 4, I believe, there was a meeting...not sure if it was just at the house or join committee? But we're now waiting for further news. I believe the president wanted it ready for him to sign at the end of this month so we'll see. If it is put off I think it's a matter of weeks not months, because too much hinges on it beyond simply this hemp issue affecting and impacting American farmers and their goods.
