I like that phase "bending your elbow." Had not heard it before. Maybe that is why my elbows hurt some mornings even though I have not played tennis regularly in almost 25 years.

Growing up, if I ate my meals too fast, my grandmother used to tell me, "Slow down boy, every time your elbow bends your mouth flies open".

I have never forgotten it.
