I'm not sure I know what you're talking about. What Private placement are you referring to? I was only speculating about any money coming in here, because it would be a next logical step to further the company's growth.
The company that I am aware of has never stated anything about raising more money. To quickly compete with the likes of TWLO or Nexmo, they will have to raise money at some point. How or when they do it I don't know.
