Without the S-4 and SB-2 filings we were promised, I thing it's still Mike Alexander's company. Rufus is just the mouthpiece. The key was to find a fall guy that was dumb enough to beieve the story he was selling. I'm still surprised Alexander hasn't shown up in the SEC complaint forms yet. It appears they are a bit behind the curve on this one, but I'm trying my best to get them up to speed.
