CVS Health owns CVS Pharmacy and CVS Caremark (a PBM). Whattya know, CVS Caremark made exclusivity deals with CVS Pharmacy. Caremark beneficiaries pay more $ for rx's at other pharmacies, but $0 copays at CVS Pharmacy. Now they are trying to merge Aetna. Guess what happens after the bring in Aetna. Another deal between entities that are owned by CVS. He's just following a blueprint performed by multi-billion dollar corps. $GRNH
