Actually, I should clarify as you are correct, there is no filed financial statement that shows that...as nothing have been filed for a financial period in 2018.
When a bankruptcy goes as far as a liquidation, it is essentially a recognition that all claims against the company exceed the fair market value of the assets.
But that has to play out to actually demonstrate it.
As for the "liquidation" the assets are being sold in whatever form. They are being liquidated (turned into cash) to pay off the creditors.
