I made a couple of assumptions on the wishy washy votes. There were some who did some hedging. I put all those in the "no" category. One commented on money but didn' t say anything, so I left that one out.

As a board we're real close to 50/50 on the possibility/probability of funding by Oct. 31.

I might add, that a number of the no votes hope they are wrong. There are only a couple of shorters that hope funding doesn't happen.
