There aren't any assets than any lawsuit will ever sieze, period. Walk away, realize that greed doesn't pay and better luck next time. The writing was on the wall ages ago, yet folks apparently thought that the CVSU Coffee Shop was of real value. I think it's the only business that sells anything.
Anyone who lost money here shouldn't be investing in the stock market, unless they only had very few shares just for fun, to see how it played out. Serious cash thrown a this ? You got exactly what you deserved.
