In a Civil trial, who ever has the most meaningful proof wins. RPH doesn't have to say JACK, and so he will lose. If however, RPH comes up with the Bonds and everything else the SEC is asking for, HE will win. However, RPH can not come up with JACK cause he got cuaght with his pants down. It's ovbious that if he had what the SEC is looking for, RPH wouldn't be handling the case the way he is.
If the SEC says you don't have the $100 you are showing in your account and you come up with the papers that prove you do, then you win the case. RPH HAS NO PAPERS!!!! NADA, NOTHING!!!!!
