Just got off the phone with Schwab! They are looking into it but No Luck yet! It looks like E-trade Traders maybe the ones getting the Jump out of the Gate. The Opening Bell will Tell. Although one would think it should happen at the Same Time. That may not be the Case. We will Know in 10 minutes!
