luvtrade-you obviously don't have the patience or need to bear the brunt of sarcasm. Probably no DD so your comments are the comments of a flipper. No offense but do some DD before you post your doubts. Then maybe you'll be taken seriously?

I think it is plausible to consider that the company knew about the translation problem a few days before they announced it to the general public via the PR.....If this is actually what happened, we could see the correction taken care of quicker than many are predicting..However, it is anyone's guess when they will choose to release the documents...JMO.....DJ

> which took almost a week

There were only 2 business days that
transpired without a PR on the translation
problem, not a week.

Here's what we know:

Friday, 3:12pm - Petar received AF and
begins review.

Saturday, 8:55pm - Petar appears to be
still reviewing AF. He is ill, taking
medication, and is reported to have been
in the hospital.

Wednesday, 11:56am - Announcement that
the Board of Directors have reviewed the
AF (not just Petar) and a delay due to
translation issues.

That leaves 2 business days (Monday and
Tuesday) for the Board of Directors to
review the AF, possible contact of legal
counsel for advice on making changes, possible
contacts with Auditors, and of course,
dealing with other day-to-day business issues.
Then they put together a PR for Wednesday morning.
