For some reason your post made me want to go back into SGBYs past. Here we are 2 years ago with the share structure which is the same as 7.95M o/s post split.

2 years ago we had a high of $2.75 or so a low of $1 and were around the $2 range.

This was all before OR testing requirements

The current share structure for Signal Bay Inc. as of today, September 30, 2016 is:

Authorized Shares: 3,000,000,000

Outstanding Shares: 795,356,008

Restricted Shares: 304,010,001
