Bud, just curious why you would say "the SEC can't prove nothing." What do you base that on? Have they spoken with you about the evidence they've gathered? Just wondering.

LOL...Read the court filing...Sounds like they did (SEC)check ownership of the bonds and Rufie dose not own them....They talk to the instatutions that hold and manage the bonds and have sworn statments from them stating Rufus does not own the bonds....Looks clear on that count.
