Thanks Travis, with the reorganization of Avant and their issuance of various tranches of Preferred shares of stock and their proposed reverse split of their common stock it is really questionable how much ownership Arrayit has or will have in the company. On a positive note, it does appear that Avant will be adequately funded to support their signature test, Theralink.
