If no financial in announce before the R/S, what exactly will people be investing on after the R/S? Especially anyone that sees their shares count go from millions to tens of thousand. I am a big fan of a refinery being build but even I will question mmex after a R/S without financial first. Especially when the pps drops back to nothing after a few weeks, like every other Pennies stock that does a R/S.
Anyone that buys after a R/S should know that the pps will drop back down in a few days.
