Webprods, Spartan Dakota here. I don't plan to sell any more than half my preferred... maybe less... and not too fast, depending on what the market does. I think these Prfds are going to pay some good cash dividends in the future...well ahead of when I need them for retirement. My retirement should be better than my working days as far as income is concerned!! Woohoo!!!

yes, there will be a massive sell off, no doubt about that. i'm going to sell 15%-25% or soo and maybe hold on to the rest.. good luck..
