Are people getting sick? We people buy more products that HAVE been tested? Will that buying increase drive up the amount of tested? Are there enough testing labs to handle that load? Would buying and building out new locations be wise at this time? Is diluting a little now going to pay off big time down the road? How will that affect the stock?
Those are the questions you should be asking yourself. Then invest to what you believe will happen.
