That BKMPP was a partial poison pill. I think somebody may have made an offer to Mike to which he did not want accept. In order to put the offer aside, BKMP issued enough preferred shares that a take-over was not possible.
What does BKMPP represent going forward? Well, I think we own MORE of TFN than we think. I think BKMPP will not trade anytime soon. I think it will be used to "form" whatever organization or entity is going to be used going forward for TFN to become a public entity.
