Bringing MPIX current would have been IVS responsibility once custodianship was granted. If this has been on the up and up, IVS may be surprised about the timing of the suspension in that they were already trying to find a merger partner. Seems like IVS should have focused on making sure MPIX was a viable shell before tweeting their plans.
