To everyone posting about nothing going to secured or unsecured "creditors". Shareholders are NOT creditors. Nothing in the PWC states, nor could state, what remuneration is due to shareholders of the US company. This is something that can only be determined in a US court. The truth is, shareholders NEED legal representation for what is to come when this matter comes before a US judge.
We may need an injunction to prevent the sale from finalizing.
