If the product actually worked, it would still be marketed by Home Depot. Builders everywhere especially in the US would have used it to rebuild many of the homes that were devastated in the past 10+ years. But what I have found and contacted Steve Conboy about in (2014) was that the termite proofing failed tests miserably. Tests were done in Hawaii if I recall that showed ECOB products to be ineffective with termites. I also found that the fire treated plywood that was being used on roofs was separating and becoming brittle, and needed to be replaced in just a few years. I emailed Steve about this and was told that it was because the wood had gotten wet. Oct 2014: "full of moisture than trapped under the new roofing than they begin to rot and once rot starts it never stops"
