DAVID RUSSELL FOLEY, Inmate #13141-111, is such a stinky piece of psychopathic subhuman pure garbage that I am going to make a point to send him postcards every month during his next, and upcoming, term in Federal prison.
I used to drive past Taft every couple of munffs on I-5 while DaFoleyFelon was in DaHole and never stopped in or even sent a card. Usually drove past the turnoff by the racetrack and went on to LA.
This next time, when he'll be in Atwater, I'll definitely send him some postcards from Da~OUTTside and I think I'll arrange a visit with some OTHER Atwater inmates and give them the scoop on DaFoley and buy them some vending machine food and make deposits to their commissary accounts and send them a few books from Amazon so they'll 'look after' this total POS Foley.
