even the ones who aim for attractive floats always get burned from the dilution be it PNAT BLS* PBY* and others. I feel like management sees their investors as suckers to take money from via dilution. The only time they would be interested in share price rising is if they are compensated in shares or long term which is a long shot and meant only for those with aspiration and integrity; something hard to find.
My take is one needs to get to know management before they invest otherwise it is gambling which is fine still but nevertheless. Now, has anyone got the story from management? Do they feel management is upset about the pps?
