My point is as follows: WHICH IS IT?

A. P's only get face value, then commons get the balance(in or out of the bk??)

B. P's preferds will get aprox $2,220 per share, K's $47(in or out of the bk?)

C. P's will get a S4V exchange 1/1, K's will be cashed out

Which one is the FLAVOR of the MONTH NOW. There really can only be one

Now how on earth can a P get $2,200 per P if they can only see face!


I contend WITHIN THE BK ITSELF the 75/25 may be to a max of face, but as far as SPE SH stuff held outside of BK, that the COURT ORDERED 75/25 holds true to the end.
