In order to get into HD, one of the requirements is to have an adequate supply of product available for the customers. I suspect that much of the dilution is in order to meet those quotas. I also suspect that they thought the market would react stronger to the HD news, and it did not because the OTC is short attention span theater. So here we are with a great opportunity for cheap shares. I think patience will pay big.
