The more I study this document and Sec filing, I believe it to be a road map and timing of the payment of our settlement and payment of our escrows.

My recommendation is to:
1. Read it :)
2. Copy significant parts or all 53 pgs.
3. Learn the different financial vehicles that can be issued
4. Look for the Dates Aug 21st ,30th. and Sep 20th
5. Look who is involved (Players)
6. Look for the aggregate involved possible
7. Look for the Redemption date
