i used to look up BD posts for a long time.

Anyway, the following comments are not about him in particular but in general for a lot of hard core people who spent a lot of time reading court documents. And yet they missed some crucial parts of the documents or misinterpret some of them.

Such as the 75/25 split til the end and WMILT is the Mother of everything which owns everything and will liquidate everything. And WMB was sold, albeit very cheap, and WMI can only retain the beneficial interest of certain assets but not to everything that it used to do.

Being this, we cannot expect to have the value of the old WMI returned to us, and then there is the 75/25 split that I don't know why they devise that scheme. And so, you have to buy the right stock and enough of them.

So a lot of people being hard core people who read a lot, just realize today about the 75/25 split and WMB is gone and WMI does not have the value it used to have. And now they dream up about scenarios to fit their position. Unfortunately dream and reality are not the same.

And so I feel sorry about them but the past cannot be changed and we have to move on.

There are people like Jim Berg and other members of the EC who spent so much time at the court. I hope that they have bought enough shares and released them.
