Nah. I aced the math part, so there's no need. Even if the current owners are stupid and have undervalued it, 15 cents is a stretch. The idea of such an acquisition is to make the purchase at 12.5 cents and work to make it worth 15 to 20 cents, maybe even a quarter, to the acquiring company. Adding $3.50 of value to a 50 cent stock isn't even a plausible dream.
