Again, all I can share is what I was told. By a man who pulled all the info while on the conference call with me( all Public info) Called it an IPO. Saw all the players involved, attorneys, knew the auditor well. Worked with them many times. And Gave me the thumbs up. This checks out. And when asked about Nasdaq price I was told the given this is new entity with a completely different $$value and now on Nasdaq. The underwriter can price it however they see fit given the info they have. That’s all I know.
I will say it again until it sinks in with the board. The acquisition of SC will coincide with the offering so while what you say it true, the offering will be much higher than .50 when factoring that in because of the revenue they bring. Not to mention the business that partnership offers for nFusz as a whole.
