I have reconsidered my previous opinion that owd3 was fodder for the FRYPOT and recommend she/he be released into the general population for another chance.

If the poster violates the TOU again this week, we can fry her/him next FRYDAY after the grease is hot.

of course you are 100% correct. Just because he said it was OK I still knew it was wrong and said as much in a public post. The fact that I went from saying it shouldn't be allowed to actually doing it was a poor way to make my point and is completely on me.

When does the sentencing report come in??

I join the chorus to free owd3. He just does not seem like typical jailbait or frybait, and rightly or wrongly, it is pretty unusual (at least outside of jail) for a poster to be told it is okay to tell others their opinions suck.
