Because that's a T-Trade, likely dilution...
Those shares were probably bought through the day at that price as hidden blocks (you know, the blocks on level 2 that show as something like 10,000 but get wacked over and over for 10's even 100's of thousands of share purchases and yet don't go away until they unload all that they had hidden....
The shares that are sold like that at the price they sell for show up usually as a T-Trade after the market closes...
Not all T-Trades are automatically dilution - but the company here admits to diluting, so I wouldn't be surprised to learn it was dilution in this case...
