Clarification - total employee count was at 67 for UMTH pre-attack. That included a 21 person accounting team.

They are now down to 45 employees.

If there was major fraud I would think someone in that 67 person group- especially the 22 who were terminated, would be speaking up. I am sure the SEC and FBI interviewed most of the employees.

I also agree that Greenlaw’s affidavit speaks more to damages from lost profits rather than impaired loans.
