No way, not until there is major financing. And not until volume DRAMATICALLY increases. Otherwise a r/s is doomed to failure.

The o/s shares are increasing so much that I think P will announce r/s and try to uplist to Nasdaq.

I’m seriously doubting a reverse split rnow. Not only did he say no when the question was asked in the conference call, but they also didn’t ask for a shareholder vote for one this year unlike years of the past.

Who knows if they'll ever going to use those shares... I think they are just getting in position in case they need them....They have room to raise 20m with the current shares already approved.... maybe we'll have a partner, maybe we'll have a buyout who knows... But they have more room on current shares available above 8 million
