I find it strange that you would know all the value of assets and debt to be making bold statements like that as to what will be left and not left.

But even without the SEC filings, the fact that they are not only bankrupt, but LIQUIDATING their assets for pennies on the dollar tells people that their business was not sustainable, the assets are not worth much, and there is unlikely to be any value for common shareholders. The SEC filings just confirm it.
