Yep, thanks for pointing this out HollyCoop. This changes the settlement game in my opinion and could be why big buys are coming in today. Also, remember that Worlds just retained a firm to showcase the stock. This is a great ruling to help that initiative out.
Why would they settle when World's has their claims back now? Marginal cost for them to wait for PTAB then wait for CAFC again. After those two things, maybe they settle.
